I'm Raelinn and it's my mission is to craft uniquely tailored, immersive travel that resonates deeply with culturally curious travelers. With over two decades of expertise at the intersections of food, travel and culture, I create experiences that celebrate the diversity of culture the world has to offer. You'll enjoy more than just a vacation. The itineraries we craft togehter are real and unique experiences rooted in respectful exploration and authentic community engagement.

Through carefully cultivated, long-time relationships with local experts (many of whom are now friends), I offer culturally rich adventures throughout my beloved Mediterranean but also beyond, including(but never limited to) my specialties in Morocco, Australia, Hawaii and The Bahamas. I am dedicated to creating unparalleled journeys with a focus on authenticity, sustainability, and profound experiences.

My passion for exploration moves me to create experiences that are both enriching and transformative. With a background in travel, food and beverage, and hospitality, I use my expertise to create itineraries that are as meaningful as they are memorable. My travels have taken me to 26 countries, enriching my perspective and deepening my commitment to culturally respectful travel.

Think of me as your personal travel designer, where I ensure every journey is a harmonious blend of people, places, and purpose. By carefully crafting each itinerary, I draw on my extensive experience and deep relationships to create inspired adventures that resonate with your unique travel style.

The focus of my travel offerings is on what I love most and what I'm best at doing---fully-customized travel for women, individuals, couples, families and small groups with a focus on working with small businesses (women-owned when possible) so we can all have a positive impact on the communities we visit and the lives of the people we meet.

My main areas of specialization include most Mediterranean countries. But I have partnerships all over the world. I'm a Certified Specialist by the tourism boards of Italy, Spain and Greece along with Australia, Bahamas and Hawai'i.

Some of my favorite experiences are sailing on the Ionian Sea or the Adriatic off the coast of Croatia, savoring delectable delights on culinary and wine vacations in Italy, Portugal and Spain, and plunging myself into immersive cultural experiences like camel trekking in the Moroccan Sahara with the Amazigh or spending the day with the Sami in Norway or the Inuit in Iceland.

My process...

YOU'VE FOUND ME: Now what?
So often when we start thinking of our next travel experience, we don’t know where to begin---even if it’s just for a weekend getaway, much less a bucket list vacation. So I’d like to take away some of the confusion that might surround the planning process and make it as easy as possible for you.

STEP ONE: Inquire.
The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete my inquiry form. Once I’ve received your form, I will reach out to schedule your intake call. Only inquiries submitted via my website will be vetted. To reduce the risk of missing an important message, I do not accept inquiries via social media or text messages. If you're ready now, you can begin here.

STEP TWO: Consultation.
After I receive your inquiry form, I'll send you an email with a link to schedule your complimentary discovery call. During this call, you will select the planning option that best suits your needs and we will review my services together. I'll send you an invoice for the level of planning services you select. Once the invoice for your planning option is paid, I'll begin creating your initial travel proposal.

STEP THREE: Proposal Review.
I’ll combine takeaways from our intake call with my expertise and global connections to create a travel proposal option for you to review. Timely and thorough feedback from you is paramount during this phase so we can secure the components of your trip you desire and deserve! Proposals are valid for 2 weeks from the date sent. And there is a maximum of 2 revisons on certain plans.

STEP FOUR: Confirm Your Itinerary.
Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Your trip will not be secured until after your deposit is paid and the suppliers confirm reciept. Deposits and final due dates vary and depend on proximity to the trip and the policies of my partners.

Then all that's left is for you have to have fun preparing and enjoy your travel experience!
